The American Spirit

The American spirit is something that burns inside us all.

It was whispered in local pubs during the early days of the Revolution — a spark that turned into a flame, which turned into a blaze that ignited the whole world for the cause of freedom and liberty.

That cause — so universal and so true — drew people from every corner of the earth searching for a new land and a better life. People who would not let go of a dream. Who would not accept no for an answer when faced with setbacks. Who pushed this country forward through grit, hard work, ingenuity and a little luck.

This collection celebrates those individuals. During their time they took on their cause and carried this country forward in the name of progress. They dreamt of a better world — not only for themselves, but for us. And they deserve to be recognized.
